Dosatron Water Powered Doser 11 GPM - 3.75 to 37.5 mL (0.1 to 1%) - 3/4 in - Aflas Seals (D14MZ1000BPAFHY)

The Dosatron D14MZ1000BPAFHY-14 GPM is the ideal injector for the most common liquid fertilizer programs, offering higher flow rates and greater chemical compatibility than existing technology. Because the D14MZ1000BPAFHY can be adapted to new or existing Lo-Flo Nutrient Delivery Systems, installation is easier than ever. Simply swap out the injection stem and plunger assembly to achieve the extended dosing range.

Operating pressure range is 4.3 -85 PSI and water flow range is 0.05 - 11 GPM. Injection capabilities of 1:1000 to 1:112 (0.1 - 0.9%) [3.5 ml to 35 ml per gallon]. The unit has 3/4 in NPT connections and comes 6 ft suction hose complete with strainer.

Seal Options

• Viton Seals
  Typically used for products with neutral to acidic pH. E.g. fertilizers, pesticides, acids (acidic pH adjusters), supplements, surfactants
  
  
• Aflas Seals
  Generally used for products with a higher than neutral to alkaline pH. E.g. alkaline pH adjusters, calcium hydroxide, calcium carbonate, potassium carbonate
  
  
• Kalrez Seals
  Used for extremely aggressive products such as Peracetic acid (also known as peroxyacetic acid, or PAA) products. E.g. ZeroTol, SaniDate, etc.
