Multi-Tier Continuous / Custom Tray Bench System - per square foot

Like our custom rolling bench systems, our 2- or 3-tier bench systems come in any size you want. We have small, self-contained units such as 4' x 4' and 3' x 12' (just to name a couple of possible options) that can be used as nursery racks, or choose your desired width (4' - 6' widths available, in 6" increments) and any length up to 50'; you can go longer but we do not recommend it because it can become more difficult to slide the bench back and forth. For rows longer than 50' simply add additional bench systems to reach the desired length. Custom trays are 2-3/4 inches deep.

Choose from either fixed-position solid caster wheels or v-groove casters and track. V-groove track is great if you want the racks to track perfectly from left to right as you move them, but the tracks potrude from the ground a bit (still meets ADA compliance in most cities) unless you notch them into the concrete. Most growers choose our solid caster wheels. Because they are large and fixed and do not swivel they still track very well.

Manufactured from 12 gauge steel and formed for integrity to hold up to all growing needs. Coated with either a DTM Clear finish or a powdercoat to endure everyday use in the garden. Trellis mounts allow for vertical trellis posts (sold separately).

Price includes plastic tray and rolling bench system. Plastic tray tops are also available to purchase by themselves, for growers who wish to build their own benches. 

Trays are shipped in sections. Tray ends are designed to fit together to form desired length. Cementing the seams together is a simple process and we are here to answer any technical questions you may have. Cement and drain fittings are included with purchase.

All rolling bench systems are shipped via truck. Bench systems will ship from California, trays may ship separately from the midwest.

Systems are sold by the square foot. For example, if you need three rows of bench systems, each being 4' wide by 40' long with 2-tiers, you would order 3x4x40x2 = 960 square feet. You may place your order over the phone or right here on our website. If you place your order online simply order the number of square feet you need and we will contact you to find out how you want the benches divided up.
