The 3.0 SS is the GMP edition of the CenturionPro 3.0. Built for large sized harvests with an hourly throughput rate of up to 125 lbs wet (25 lbs dry) for the Single Machine System and 450 lbs wet (90 lbs dry) for the Triple Machine Rail System. Additionally, CenturionPro machines are specially designed to use a dual-purpose hybrid tumbler to trim both wet and dry material for unprecedented versatility and value.

The 3.0 SS Trimmer is Compatible with CenturionPro’s innovative Triple-bag Kief Collection System, to retain trichomes for extracts and maximize a harvests value. These disposable collection bags are sold separately. Feel the improved power and performance of the new 3-Phase 8 hp suction system with an airflow capacity of 7108 CFM.

This machine is composed of medical grade anodized aluminum and stainless-steel components to meet all regulatory standards. The 3.0 Standard System comes all-inclusive with the largest hopper in the industry (food grade), a 6-horsepower leaf collector suction system and our unique triple-bag kief filtration & trim collection system. Also, our machines are specially designed to trim both wet and dry material.

Speed Control empowers growers to better trim a wider variety of strains, regardless of flower size, shape, or density. Increase velocity for a higher feed rate with wet or heavy resin coated buds or slow it down to be extra gentle on dried flower.

Quantanium Tumbler Upgrade

Our Quantanium Coated Tumblers delicately handle flowers and give 40% greater trichome preservation. This technology prevents precious trichomes from adhering to the tumbler surface without the need for special lubricants or sprays. This also speeds up the harvesting process since no downtime is required to stop and clean the tumblers throughout the day. A simple wipe down with a cloth and warm water will remove the small amount of residue that may be present. Upgrade price is based on all 3 tumblers that come with the system upgraded from Electropolish to Quantanium.

Conveyor Systems

Enhance your elite harvesting solution with conveyors. Compatible with the Mini SS, infeed and outfeed conveyors with variable speed control boost trim control and, therefore, trim quality. Infeed conveyors ensure steady product delivery to trimmers, for consistent movement through the technology resulting in consistently superior results. Outfeed conveyors afford growers greater opportunity to inspect these results, to ensure every single flower, regardless of shape, size or density, is trimmed perfectly.

ORDERS SHIPPING TO THE U.S.: The trimming machine itself will 120V with a standard 120V plug at the end of the power cord (NEMA 5-15P), and the leaf collector will be 220V with a power cord attached but not the plug; you will need to purchase a 220V plug locally.

WARRANTY: CenturionPro Solutions offers a 10 year warranty on all parts that are defective. This warranty does not cover operator error or abuse. The motor carries a 3 year warranty.

ORDERS SHIPPING TO DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE THE U.S.: Please specify the final country of destination when placing your order and we will ship the trimmer and leaf collector in the correct voltage and frequency (Hz). Because of the vast array of different plug and outlet types used in different parts of the world both the trimmer and the leaf collector will not include a plugs at the end of their power cords; you will need to purchase the appropriate plugs locally.

NOTE: Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving shipment. Once machinery/parts are opened and/or used they are no longer eligible for refund or exchange. Customers can only return if written notice of return or a RMA# (Return Material Authorization Number) has been provided by CenturionPro Solutions within 7 days of receiving their machine and the machine or any component of which has not been used. There will be a 20% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Returns must be packaged the same as they arrived and Centurion Pro is not liable for any shipping damage incurred on return. If damage occurs in transit on return, CenturionPro will refuse the return and customer will need to process a claim with their shipping provider. All unauthorized returns will be rejected by Centurion Pro and returned to the shipper at sender's expense. As a courtesy, BGH may assist with warranty claims and repairs by acting as a liaison between the customer and the manufacturer.
