- Cancelled and returned orders are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, provided they are new, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns are only permitted when requested within 1-week from receipt of order andapproved via a Trimworkz RMA number. Once a machine or part is open and/or used,it is no longer eligible for return or exchange. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Applicable taxes, duties, and fees are extra.
