Does this mean it's faulty?\"\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp align=\"center\"\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp align=\"center\"\u003eThe pH probe must be stored in KCl (potassium chloride) Storage Solution.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp align=\"center\"\u003eSalt crusting on the probe is normal. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eOver time, KCl can evaporate and crystalize. Not every probe will have salt crusting, but if it does, your customers need to:\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSoak the pH probe in KCl Storage Solution for at least 24 hours.
