EZTRIM Bud Shucker / Bucker
The Shucker is the first step in the Total Harvest Solution. The Shucker gently removes the buds and even the fan leaves from the stem. Simply cut the plant down, separate individual branches from the stem, and then run the branches through the holes. One person using this machine could multiply his productivity by up to 5 times. Using the speed control, you can run dry material at slow speeds and wet material at higher speeds. Buds can be immediately put through the Bud Sorter or can be directly transferred to the Bud Trimmer. The Shucker is a great preventative measure against bottlenecking and wasted time. The Bud Shucker:
- Quickly and gently remove the flowers from the stem, utilizing rollers that grab and pull the branch through various hole sizes

The entry holes help guide the buds away from the center to avoid being smashed by the oncoming buds further down the stem. Having 2 sets of 4 entry holes allow two operators to work simultaneously, essentially giving you the benefit of two machines. The speed control is also available to help adjust to different moisture contents and branch structures. Average throughput for every Debudder with a single operator should be 20,000 grams (44 LBS) per hour of fresh flower or 5,000 grams (11 LBS) per hour of dried finished flower
DRY TRIM METHOD
Average throughput for every Debudder with a single operator should be 2,500 grams (5.5 LBS) per hour of dried finished flower. NOTE: The pounds per hour will nearly double with two operators at a single Debudder.
