We've actually grown banana trees in these units that reached almost 7' tall and produced awesome bananas! Perfect for keeping mother plants. A popular configuration for these units is to plant a tomato vine in the center and 4 or 5 basil plants in a circle around the perimeter.

We've actually grown banana trees in these units that reached almost 7' tall and produced awesome bananas! Perfect for keeping mother plants. A popular configuration for these units is to plant a tomato vine in the center and 4 or 5 basil plants in a circle around the perimeter.
All you need to make this a complete system is add a pH test kit and some nutrients (and a light if your growing indoors) and you're on your way! You can also hook-up multiple units to a General Hydroponics Controller to minimize maintenance.
We recommend using a 250W compact lighting system with this system.
