GEN-1 CO2 Generator - Liquid Propane with Electronic Ignition (pre-loaded w/ 4 Burners)
Introducing Carbon Dioxide (CO2) to your grow room/greenhouse is one of the easiest ways to accelerate plant growth and can produce up to 40% more flowers or fruit! By converting Natural Gas or Liquid Propane to Carbon Dioxide, CO2 Generators are the most cost effective method of maintaining adequate CO2 levels.
C.A.P. has developed some of the safest and most reliable CO2 Generators. They are capable of producing between 3 and 26 cubic feet of CO2 per hour. The GEN-1 is recommended for small to medium size areas up to 15’ x 15’. The GEN-2 is recommended for larger areas up to 30’ x 30. Both the GEN-1e and the GEN-2e units feature a Pilotless Electronic Ignition, instead of the traditional "pilot light" to keep your room safe as possible. They also come with a standard "tip-over" switch that will prevent fuel from reaching the main burner in the event the unit falls or tips over in an accident.
The C.A.P. CO2 generators are constructed of powder coated steel enclosures that resist moisture, rust, and discoloration. They will provide years of trouble-free operation. The GEN-1 and GEN-2 are manufactured in the USA using only AGA and/or UL listed components that are appropriate for use with both propane and natural gas. The units come complete with a low-pressure, in-line Natural Gas regulator or the new Type1 style "no-tool-required" propane regulator that makes tank replacement easy. C.A.P. CO2 generators operate up to 100 degrees cooler than other competitive products. The GEN-1e and GEN-2e can also be easily converted from Liquid Propane to Natural Gas or vise-versa in less than 10 minutes with an inexpensive conversion kit. Both the GEN-1e and GEN-2e CO2 generators come fully loaded with 4 and 8 burners respectively.
The GEN-1 is capable of producing between 6 and 13 cubic feet of CO2 per hour. It comes standard with all 4 burners, producing approximately 13 cubic feet of CO2 per hour.
The GEN-2 is capable of producing between 16 and 26 cubic feet of CO2 per hour. It comes standard with all 8 burners, producing approximately 26 cubic feet of CO2 per hour.
